The following two case studies relate to clients currently using voice broadcasting.
- Client A offers consumer gas and electricity savings.
- On day 1 they sent out a 30 second message resulting in 5,097 calls being answered and 155 hot key transfers made. 3,680 minutes were used.
- On day 2 they sent out a 30 second message resulting in 8,440 calls being answered and 254 hot key transfers made. 5,041 minutes were used.
- Messages were sent between 3.00pm – 7.00pm both days.
- The client has now committed to a regular program.
- Client B offers a debt advice / IVA service targeting individuals with over £5,000 in debts.
- On day 1 they sent out a 32 second message resulting in 18,008 calls being answered and 90 hot key transfers made. 14,408 minutes were used.
- On day 2 they sent out a 32 second message resulting in 27,500 calls being answered and 143 hot key transfers made. 16,662 minutes were used.
- On day 3 they sent out a 32 second message resulting in 31,891 calls being answered and 127 hot key transfers made. 14,421 minutes were used.
- On day 4 they sent out a 32 second message resulting in 28,890 calls being answered and 134 hot key transfers made. 13,561 minutes were used.
- On day 5 they sent out a 32 second message resulting in 18,008 calls being answered and 90 hot key transfers made. 14,408 minutes were used.
- Messages were sent over a 4 hour period each day, testing both 1pm-5pm and 3.30pm-7.30pm.
- The client has now committed to a regular program.
